He was predeceased by: his parents, John Milazzo and Mary Latino Milazzo; and his siblings, Margaret Milazzo Lottinger, Frank, Joe, Henry and Joseph Milazzo.

He is survived by: his siblings, Frances Milazzo and Louis Milazzo; his children, Johnny Milazzo (Angela), Mary Milazzo Dunning (Tom), Frank Milazzo, Tony Milazzo Jr. (Melissa) and Margaret Milazzo Parker (Marion); his grandchildren, Amanda Milazzo Malachowski, John Milazzo, Frank Milazzo Jr., Amber Dunning, Joshua Milazzo, David Dunning, Mara Milazzo, Sydney Milazzo, Alexander Milazzo, Tony Milazzo III and Madeline McCauley; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan Milazzo, Adyson Milazzo, Beckett Milazzo, Everett Dunning, Robert Malachowski, Margaret Ann Malachowski and Eleanor Malachowski.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in Tony's honor.
