He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Santangelo O'Neill; his children, Valette Bowers (Tony) and Thomas "Tommy" O'Neill Jr.; his grandchildren, Brandon Zahn (Staci), Whitney Burchfield (Brett), Victoria O'Neill and Aaron O'Neill; his great grandchildren, Sophia Pitarro, Jackson Zahn, Cash Burchfield and Piper Burchfield; and also, Noah Millsap, Maggie Millsap, Michael Hottman and Amjed Abu-Ghname. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
