She was predeceased by: her father David Maddox; and her stepfather Henry Scallan. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Cashio; her sisters, Christy Mitchell (Darron) and Pamela Arceneaux; her nephew Joshua Mitchell; her nieces, Abigail Mitchell, Olivia Arceneaux and Sophie Arceneaux; and her caregiver Vicki.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, which is dedicated to finding cures and improving the quality of life for those living with this challenging disease.
