He is survived by: his wife Susan Bethel Zaffuto; his sons, Terry Zaffuto Jr. (Leona), Jason Zaffuto (Mia) and Chase Zaffuto (Lanna); his grandchildren, Caegan, Cassidy, Cam, Andrew, Joseph and Lilly; his sister Linda Kelly; and his niece Stacey Kelly McGraw.
