He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Davis; his children, Tanya Davis, Dana Jacobs (James) and Derek Pinkley; his grandchildren, Sydney Costanza, Parker Costanza, Jacob Magliolo (Raylin, Josh Magliolo), Blake Bulloch, Haleigh Pinkley and Hunter Pinkley; and his great grandchild Kate Ryan Magliolo.
