It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Paul Ledet of Hammond, Louisiana, who passed away on November 19, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Joseph "CJ" Ledet and Marie Louise Cowart Ledet; his granddaughter Isabella Ledet; his siblings, Diane Foret, William "Billy" Ledet and Brian Ledet; and his parents-in-law, Sarah and Middleton Googe.

He is survived by: his wife Alice Googe Ledet; his children, Niki Ann Ledet (Tommy Kinchen), Stephen Joseph Ledet, Allyson Junaita Ledet Thomas (Bruce Thomas) and Kayla Marie Ledet (Nate Lacoste); his grandchildren, Jade Mulkey, Kyleigh Mulkey, Tylin Mulkey, Piper Kinchen, Kelsey Ledet, Gracie Ledet, Bailey Thomas, Ty Thomas and Zayd Ledet; and his siblings, Gerard Ledet, Clement Ledet, Linda Wade and Dena Ledet. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
