She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanine Connelley (David) and Kerry Kyzar (Shane McCrory); her grandchildren, Khris Kyzar (Ashley), Wyatt Connelley (Hang Nguyen), Lindsey Connelley and Blake Rutland; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee Kyzar, Kaden Kyzar, Kenzley Kyzar, Reece Albin, Elijah Connelley and Lucas Connelley. She is also survived by her grandchildren or great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Richard Murphy Hospice House.
