It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Collins (Hammond, Louisiana), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on March 18, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Caldwell Collins, Jr. and Lizzie Mae Collins; her brother Gregory Collins; her nephew Ashton Collins; her niece Christian Faith Smith; and her grandparents, Wallace Caldwell Collins, Sr., Josephine Robinson Collins, John Garman and Lubertha Bell Garman.
She is survived by: her children, Jondel M. Collins, Jonathan M. and Jordan M. Collins; her granddaughter Chloe E. Durel; her siblings, Joyce M. Collins, Marilyn Smith (Roger) and Eugene Johnson (Janet); her nephew Aaron Collins; and her nieces, Lacrecia Jones and Ansel Jones (Lionel). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
