She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernestine Shaffer and Camille Shaffer. She is survived by: her husband Bubby; her children, Nikki Williams, Marcy Rogers (Brian), Kim Walker (Brian) and Andrew Soape (Amanda); her grandchildren, Christina, Jimmy, Monique, David, Sarah, Britt, Maddi, Syd, Kasie, Brian, Payton and Taylor; and her sisters, Judy Meades, Karen Gabel (Carroll) and SuePat Thornhill. She is also survived by her 18 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brandon G Thompson Funeral Home (12012 US-190, Hammond, LA 70401). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
