We bid farewell to Robbye Kirkland Bell (Hammond, Louisiana), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 15, 2025 at the age of 89. Robbye Kirkland touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kirkland and Elizabeth Kirkland (Beth); her husband John W. Bell; her siblings, Linda Jane, Harold Bell and Lloyd Bell; and her in-laws, Oletha and Lewis Bell.
She is survived by: her children, Kirk (Karen) and Andrea of Hammond; her granddaughter Kymberleigh Bell-Killett (Stephen) of Harahan; her great great grandchild Oscar of Kenner; her siblings, Richard Bell (Sharon), Wayne Bell (Judy), Milton Bell (Cathy), Myra McGee (Leonard) and Winnie Bell; and her pets, Max, Mini and Molly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Brandon G Thompson Funeral Home (12012 US-190, Hammond, LA 70401). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Tangipahoa Animal Shelter.
