He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Turnage and Ruby Moon Turnage; and his daughter Andrea. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his grandchildren, Michelle, Dylan Hills, Jonathan Bush, Gabrielle Bush and Joshua Bush; his great grandchildren, Braxton and Harper; his grandson Shawn; and his great grandchild Gracelyn.
