It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Burns (Hammond, Louisiana), who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nicholas Burns to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ernest M. Burns Sr., Margaret Burns and Mary Lou Harris; his great-grandparents, J. L. and Lenora Kinchen; and his uncle Kevin Burns.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lakyn Taylor Dufrene, Melody Faye Crawford and Aurora "Rory" Tsuki Burns; his siblings, Madeline Mandella, Emma Mandella, Brayden Berglund and Benny Hayes III; his grandfather Benny Harris Sr.; and his fiancée Laura Dobbs. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
