He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile William Frey and Myrdis Riley Frey; his brother Emile W. Frey, Jr.; his granddaughter Jessica Cancienne; and his grandmother Gloria Nickel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ida Manning and Veronica; the mother of his child Miriam; his wife Brenda Kelly Frey; his daughters, Christy Frey Cancienne (Louis), Keri Frey St, Clair (Joseph) and Kellie Frey Manning (Glen); his grandchildren, Laney, Peighton, Cody, Haylee, Johua, Jenna, Laila and Nathan; and his cousins, Robbie and Rita Nickel.
