He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Max Farlow and Maxine Lee Farlow; and his brother Don Anthony Farlow. He is survived by: his wife Kim Bortle Farlow; his sons, Shawn Farlow (Melissa) and Christopher Farlow (Kelena); his siblings, Roberta Burwell, Rebecca Sparks, Ramona Hall and Arthur Max Farlow; and his grandchild Mikaela Farlow.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations please be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
