He is survived by: his children, Chasity Miller (Raymond) and Melton Anthony Jr.; his siblings, Elsie Perrin (John), Fay McKinney, Shirley Boudreaux (Rex), Pamela Anthony, Christy Langley (Denny), Elizabeth Booth, Leonard Anthony Jr., Andrew Anthony (Fay) and Kenneth "Redman" Anthony (Angie); his granddaughter Madalyn Miller; and his pet Boo Boo.
