She is survived by: her children, Lee Miles III (Rochelle), Bruce Miles (Donna), Wayne Culbreath (Lisa), Shannon Culbreath (Dawn) and Donna DiMattia (Angelo); and her brothers, Alvin Addison (Joy), Charles Addison (Sharon) and Jack Addison. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
