She was predeceased by: her husband Emmett Colvin Ward; her parents, William Wesley and Mary Ann Johnstone; her daughter Joni Lynn Weaver; and her siblings, Harry William Johnstone, Joe Earl Johnstone, Anna Lois Johnstone, Daniel Marvin Johnstone, Rachel Jean Hodgson and Margie Cole.
She is survived by: her children, Emmett Lee Ward (Debbie), Robert C. Ward (Peggy Hale Ward), Lovie A. Roppolo (Stephen) and Sally Johnson (John Kenney); her grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Lowther, Laura Catherine Ansel, Jared Seth Johnson, Tina Annette Senior, Spencer Stephen Ward, Zachary Robert Ward, Elizabeth Mary Ward, Timothy Emmett Lee Ward, Joshua Weaver, Amanda Weaver and Christina Weaver; and her siblings, Roy Cleve Johnstone, Katie Mae McGough (Roscoe), Shirley Ruth Brantley and Dorothy Jeanette Morrow. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
