With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Jo Porter of Hammond, Louisiana, born in Kerrville, Texas, who passed away on January 11, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Brady and Janet Brady; and her siblings, Elizabeth and James. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Erin, Vada and Zachary; her husband Lee Porter; her children, Travis Porter (Angela Johnson), Kevin Porter (Dana) and Erin Porter (Ben Curtis); and her brother Robert Brady.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Options (https://options4u.org.), a nonprofit organization that was close to Linda's heart, where she volunteered.
