She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Harold and Lillian Sutfin Doss; her sister Martha Nicosia; and her brothers-in-law, Charles "Charlie" Morgan, Wayne Viars and V. A. Vaccaro.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Palermo; her children, Maggie Warmack (Mike) and Brad Palermo; her grandchildren, Will Landry, Brant Palermo and Joseph Warmack; and her siblings, Patricia Muscarello (Joe), Jean Viars, Barbara Morgan and Danny K. Doss (Linda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.

In lieu of flowers all donations can be made to the family to help with burial expenses at 259 Tiger Ave, Independence, Louisiana 70443 in Linda's memory.
