She was predeceased by: her parents, Juel Joseph Bernard and Daisy Evans Bernard; her sister Merrilyn Bernard Faust; her nephew Brent Faust; and her son-in-law Greg DePaula.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel W. Starkey Jr.; her children, Kellye DePaula Albin (David) and Pryce Bernard Starkey; her grandchildren, Jessica DePaula Fudge (Daniel), Joseph "Brock" DePaula, Hayley Albin Toups (Jeff) and Joshua David Albin; her great grandchildren, Jackson Gregory Fudge, Addysen Jade DePaula, Daniel "Brooks" Fudge and Andrew David Toups; her niece Melissa Faust Cooper (Tom); and her nephew William Bryant Faust IV (Lorraine).
