He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Vining Anderson and Virgil Anderson; his daughter Carol Ann Ferrara Anderson; and his siblings, Ronnie Anderson and Carolyn Ganz.

He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Anderson; his sister Naomi Neuenswander; his children, Stephen Anderson (Bridget), Carl Anderson (Dawn) and Leslie Anderson; his grandchildren, Ashley Huszar, Hannah Chedville, Andrew Chedville, Avery Anderson, Abigail "BeBe" Anderson, Carli Anderson and Tanner Anderson; his great grandchild Kyle Huszar; his stepchildren, Jairo Castro (Carolina) and Kelly Larpenter (Rodney); and his stepgrandsons, Andrew Larpenter and Matthew Larpenter.
