She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Francis Wainwright and Audrey Belle Vineyard Wainwright; and her sons, Johnnie and Jessie Mechiel. She is survived by: her children, Linda Allotto, Joan Mechiel and Harold Berlin Hoover, Jr. (Phyllis); her grandchildren, Johnny Allotto (Hina), Vickie Askew (Walter), Daryl Hoover (Laura) and Michael Hoover (Richelle); her great grandchildren, Liam, Brooke, Lia, Linnae, Roman, Lane, John and Stephanie; and her sister Dorothy Cooper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Hoffman Cemetery in Hammond, Louisiana. Face masks are mandatory to attend any visitation or service and we ask that you maintain a respectful distance with the family.
