He was predeceased by: his grandfather Fred "Buttsie" Gallaty Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Ellen "Ellie" Margaret Goelz; his partner Tori Robillard; his parents, Frank Goelz and Cindy Goelz; his sister Megan Goelz Robert (Adam Robert II); his niece Elouise Robert; and his grandparents, Francis, Margaret Goelz and Linda Gallaty. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and dear friends.
Preceded in death by his grandfather, Fred "Buttsie" Gallaty Jr.
