He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jake Palermo and Lucy Ann Silessi Palermo; his wife Linda Gail Doss Palermo; his parents-in-law, Lillian and Edwin Doss; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Morgan, V. A. Vaccaro, Wayne Viars and Martha Nicosia.

He is survived by: his children, Maggie Warmack (Mike) and Brad Palermo; his grandsons, Will Landry, Brant Palermo and Joseph Warmack; his brother Glenn Palermo (Theresa); and his sisters-in-law, Patricia Muscarello (Joe), Jean Viars and Barbara Morgan. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
