He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Bergstrom Moore; his sister Debbie Ehlert; and his sister-in-law Claudia Hooks Kramer. He is survived by: his wife Tudy; his children, Brent Thomas Moore and Andrea Lynn Moore Dalton (KC); his brothers, Gary Moore (Sharon) and Chris Moore (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, LouAnne Vicknair, Billy Rownd (Aurelia), Farley "Puddin" Lobdell, Harry Rownd (Ann) and Paul Hooks (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Jeff's name to the Tangi Humane Society.
