He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Harbison D'Agostino; his children, Jared Joseph, Justin Earl D'Agostino and Talia Marie Armstrong (Kenny Armstrong); his granddaughter Madison Marie Armstrong; his parents, Amy D'Agostino (Steve Weintraub) and Joseph D'Agostino; and his siblings, Florence D'Agostino and Nicholas D'Agostino.
