He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Geisler Siekman and Dr. James W. Geisler, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Helen of Hammond, LA; his children, James W. Geisler, III (Monica) of Hammond, LA, Frank R. Geisler of St Martinville, LA and Cynthia Geisler Thompson (Ian) of Redwood City, CA; his grandchildren, Grace Amar Dunn, Sophie Geisler, Ainsley Lewis, Betsy Geisler, James W. Geisler, IV, Ethan Bernard, Moses Thompson and Persephone Thompson; his sisters, Cindy Geisler Dona of Monroe, LA, Leighanne Geisler Burns of Killian, LA and Mary Flo Geisler Boleneus of McKinney, TX; and his friend Jeff Aycock of West Monroe, LA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
