She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Welch and Sylvia Frierson Welch; her husband Kelly Russo, Sr.; and her daughter JoAnn Hosey. She is survived by: her children, Rose Chadwick (Michael), Janice Russo, Mike Russo, Kelly Russo, Jr. (Mary), John Russo (Debbie) and Tommy Russo (Charlene); her great grandchild Jannie Merle Griffin; and her grandson Joshua Hosey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
