It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwen Hano (Hammond, Louisiana), who passed away on April 8, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Elois Moore and Alton Iwanoff Hano; her stepfather Ray Angus Moore; and her brothers, Lestor Leroy Hano (Beaver) and Preston Iwanoff Hano.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elois Hano and Janie Sims (Tyrone); her siblings, Glenda Dennis, Wanda Funderburk, Laverne Baker and Weston Hano; and her grandchildren, Olivia, Nacoria, James, Sam, Keith, Rashon (Bubba), Mercedes, Zay, William (Boogie), Whitney, Joshua and Matthew.
