She was predeceased by: her parents, Judge Leon and Mary Jane Moak (Jernigan); and her siblings, Nancy Esteen Moak, Flora Mae Bolian, Grace Marsh, Marietta Milliken, Clara Harshfield, Esther Weaver, Ethel Hutchison, Hollis LeRoy Moak, Sidney James Moak, Homer Ray Moak and Clyde Moak.
She is survived by: her son Larry Rogers of Baker; her sister Shirley Nelson of Katy; and her stepson Michael DePaula of Hammond. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
