He is survived by: his wife Amy Lamartiniere Owens; his children, Debbie Owens Stewart (Glen), Wanda Owens Bankston (David), Stacey Owens, Gerald "Jerry" Owens Jr (Denise) and Jimmy Owens (Jennifer); his sister Rita Mae Owens Jones (Dale); his grandchildren, Angela Owens Daniel, Trey, Tyler Owens, Brent Sherman, Alissa Stewart Dunn, Jennifer Bankston Milton and Emily Owens; and his great grandchildren, Garrett, Meghan Sherman, Timmy, Vicki Milton, Charlie, Corben Owens, Lainey, Eli Dunn, Brady and Connor Daniel. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
