He is survived by: his wife Gail Poche Hill; his son Justin E. Hill Sr. (Lorrie); his grandsons, Justin E. Hill Jr. (Christina) and Aaron C. Hill; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Avery Hill and Adam Castillo; and his sisters, Norma Jane Brown, Annette Mounce and Audrey Yglesias. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
