He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra "Boope" Veron Derks; and his parents, Frederick Derks, Jr. and Ethel Estelle Bowman Derks. He is survived by: his children, Amy Estelle Derks Paddock (Adam), Jason Anthony Derks and Scott Veron Derks (Stephanie Miller); and his grandchildren, Ella, Quinn, Owen Paddock, Jacob, William and Dominic Derks.
