He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Stassi Piazza; his children, Joseph "Joey" Piazza (Debbie), Frederick "Fred" Piazza II (Dorothy) and Connie Piazza DePaula; his grandchildren, Salvador "Sonny" DePaula II (Sarah), Joseph DePaula, Joseph "Joey" Piazza II (Samantha), Joede Piazza, John Piazza and Maria "Mia" Piazza; and his great grandchildren, Arabella DePaula, Salvador "Sonny" DePaula III, Alaina Piazza and Jaxon Piazza. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
