He is survived by: his wife Flora Cabalar Malak; his daughters, Arlyn Arseneaux (Scott), Mary Cooper (Scott), Jenny Malak and Sherry Turner (Joshua); his grandchildren, Hayden, Noah Arseneaux, Heather Cooper, Carrera Kernan, Joshua Jr. and Taylor Turner; and his siblings, Frances Goodrich, Stanley Malak Jr., Debra "Debbie" Haydell (Michael), Rachel Goodrich (Jerry), David Malak (Lori) and Diane Curtis.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home and Crematory-Hammond (2000 N Morrison Blvd, Hammond, LA 70401). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
