He is survived by: his wife Lee Love Elkins; his children, Elizabeth Elkins Bailey (Darrell Bailey) and Richard Tucker Elkins (Jessica Ferguson Elkins); his grandchildren, Connor, Clein, Austin and Presley; and his siblings, Julie Dear (Craig) of Woodbury, NJ, John Gregory Elkins of Woodbury, NJ and James Michael Elkins of Alexandria. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
