We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2019, at the age of 75, Frances Sharp Cowell (Hammond, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Pecoraro and Pauline Pecoraro; her brother Anthony Pecoraro; and her grandparents, Thomas, Colleen Pecoraro, Tony and Frances Matise.

She is survived by: her children, Doria Cowell, Gary Sharp Sr. (Michele), Jimmy Sharp (Sandy), Keith Sharp (Michelle), Dale Cowell (Cyndi), David Cowell, Timmy Cowell (Josephina) and Leon Cowell Sr.; and her sister Lena. She is also survived by 11 granddaughters; 6 grandsons; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
