It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Cardinale Cicet (Hammond, Louisiana), who passed away on November 10, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her aunts, Frances and Chick; her daughters, Jerri Ann Cicet of Walker, LA and Judy Marie Rogers (Rex) of Gulfport, MS; her grandsons, Charles Rogers (Chuck) of Gulfport, MS and Kevin Rogers; her great grandchildren, Madison Rogers and Jordyn Rogers; and her niece Laura Atkins King.

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 am on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 600 North Oak Street, Hammond, Louisiana 70401.Interment will follow at Rose Memorial Park Cemetery in Hammond, Louisiana.In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Holy Ghost Catholic Church building fund.
