She was predeceased by: her father Charles Burton; and her sister Denice Miller. She is survived by: her mother Mary Hitchens; and her children, Joyce Cobb (Tony), Donna Rene, Brenda Rice Allison, Tracy Rice, NiKisha Barnes and Willie Badell. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles, cousins, step children and friends.
In lieu of the recent COVID-19 virus pandemic there will be a private funeral service.
