He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Jenkins Lee Rester and Ernest Lavelle Lee, Sr.; and his grandparents, Howard, Frances Lee, James and Agnes Jenkins.

He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Lee Crawford, Caroline Lee Simmons (Rusty), Paula Lee Threeton, Laura Lee Griffiths (Glen) and Michael Lee; and his aunt Nashua Lee Contranchis. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
