She was predeceased by: her husband Gardner Starkey; her sons, David Starkey, Darrell Starkey, Bruce Starkey and Randy Starkey; and her parents, Ira Rogers and Bessie Rogers.
She is survived by: her sons, Ken Starkey (Vicky) and Marty Starkey (Mindy); and her daughters-in-law, Vicky Starkey, Ann Starkey, Sandra Starkey Stratton and Lisa Starkey. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
