He is survived by: his children, Debbie Cobb (Larry), Gary Blouin (Terri), Emily Toups (Jimmy), Bruce Blouin (late Laura), Timothy Blouin (late Liz), Darryl Blouin (Liz) and Dale Blouin; and his sister Emily. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
