He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Lupo Carter; his daughter Linda C. Palmisano (Michael); his grandchildren, Danielle C. Harper (Todd) and Devin W. Carter; his great grandchildren, Audrey Carter, Luke Harper, Hunt Harper and Kayden Carter; his brothers, Thomas Carter and Marshall Carter (Jeanette); and his sister-in-law Virginia Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
