He was predeceased by: his father Gardener Starkey; and his brothers, Randy, Darrell and Bruce Starkey. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Sticker Starkey; his daughters, Debby (Wayne DiMarco), Tannis Starkey (Albert Hohensee) and Brenda (Keith Story); his brothers, Ken and Marty Starkey; and his mother Emma Rogers Starkey. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
