He was predeceased by: his parents, Carbett Joseph Barrilleaux and Eula Cheramie Barrilleaux; his granddaughter Rebekah Leigh Koch; and his siblings, Gail Usey (Norman), Carliss Willis (Don), Daniel Barrilleaux, Eric Barrilleaux and Windy Ann Barrilleaux.

He is survived by: his significant other Doris Carter; his children, Carbett "Corey" Barrilleaux (Jessica), Colin Barrilleaux Jr., Chad Barrilleaux, Amy Koch (Edward IV) and Alison Barrilleaux Babin (Kenneth Jr.); his grandchildren, Carbett Joseph "Corey" Barrilleaux Jr., Olivia Grace Barrilleaux, Sophie Mae Barrilleaux, Elizabeth Jean Barrilleaux, Erica Jean Barrilleaux, Edward G. Koch V, Elijah Grant Koch, Abigail Catherine Koch, Kenneth Joseph Babin III, Kammie Lynne Babin, Amelia Catherine Babin and Kade Michael Babin; his close friend Doris Carter; and his sister-in-law Lou Barrilleaux. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
