He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Otillio and Estelle Otillio; and his brother Charles Otillio, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Asevado Otillio; his children, Catherine O. Casey (Larry), Laurie O. O'Rourke (Dan) and Michael S. Otillio (Melanie); and his siblings, Ann Aleman, John Otillio, Winston Otillio, Lawrence Otillio, Randolph Otillio, Susan Edmondson, Beverly Gross, Gordon Otillio, Jean Artus and Elaine Gatlin. He is also survived by 3 granddaughters, 5 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19, social distancing is encouraged and masks are required to attend services.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made the SPCA or the local animal rescue or towards Masses.
