He is survived by: his child Scoot; his grandson Jack; his wife Krispin Ann DeBlieux; his children, Jordan Lynn Castrogiovanni (Giacomo) and Charles 'Scooter' Edward DeBlieux IV; his grandchildren, Kaegan Renee DeBlieux and Giacomo 'Jack' Calcedonio Castrogiovanni II; his siblings, Nicky Steel (Donald), Boo Bordes (Barry), Laura Pick (late Barry), Pip DeBlieux (Kristi), Jeremy DeBlieux (Connie), Deek DeBllieux (Leisa) and Peter DeBlieux (Karen); and his nieces and nephews, Emma Rourke, Joanne Partridge, Meaghan Faherty, Jackie DeBlieux, Nikki DeBlieux, Ashley Ajubita, Amanda Ajubita, Peter Steel, Duncan Faherty, Turner DeBlieux, Joshua DeBlieux, Zachary DeBlieux and Justin Ajubita.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that a donation be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association in Chuck's memory.
