It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Ann Reed (Hammond, Louisiana), born in Husser, Louisiana, who passed away on June 26, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Otis Fortenberry and Isyl Etheline Ferrin Fortenberry; her husband James Daws Reed; and her brother Pat Fortenberry. She is survived by: her children, James Eric Reed (Yayoi) and Jessica Johnson (Mark); her grandchildren, Sayaka Reed, Jade Dement, Brayson Johnson, Phoenix Reed and Landon Johnson; and her sisters, Lanell Bruhl and Dell Barkurn (Norman). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
