Carmelite Ragusa Crapanzano Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2018, at the age of 88, Carmelite Ragusa Crapanzano (Hammond, Louisiana), born in Independence, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph R. and Mamie E. Labruzza Ragusa; her husband Leroy S. Crapanzano, Sr.; and her brother Louis Ragusa. She is survived by: her sons, Leroy "Lee" S. Crapanzano, Jr (Mona), Terry Crapanzano (Debby) and Michael Crapanzano (Kathy); her grandchildren, Kimberly Inman (Craig), Rebecca Bartles (Joel), Sarah Dore, Charles Dore, Taylor Ruckman (Paul), Michael Lee Crapanzano and Hannah Prevost; her brother Michael R. Ragusa; and her sister-in-law Nancy Ragusa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Interment will follow at Rose Memorial Park Cemetery in Hammond . In lieu of flowers the family wishes all memorial donations be made to the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center at www. marybird.org in Carmelite's memory.
