He is survived by: his son Burnell Bemiss, Jr. of San Diego, CA.; and his brothers, Joe Kinney (Sylvia) of New Orleans, LA. and Reverend Walter C. Kinney (Mattye) of Cusseta, GA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
